Your piece of Texasstarts here.

I’m Brad Booth. I help families buy and sell farms, ranches and land across Parker County and North Texas.

Is this the place? There’s only one way to find out.

See the River Ranch

Pictures can show you a place. They can’t tell you if it’s yours. That part happens when you pull through the gate and start imagining where the horses go and where the kids will play. Let me take you out there. If it’s the one, you’ll know. If it’s not, we’ll keep looking.

Selling the family place?I know what it means.

Selling can be one of the most rewarding times of your life, and one of the most heartbreaking, depending on the memories your family made there. Whatever your next chapter looks like, I’ll help you get there and give you an honest value for your place.

Why me? Land and ranches are what I do. I’m a country boy. I rope, I hunt, and I know what a place like yours means to the right buyer.

“Working with all the heirs, Brad brought numerous buyers to the table.”The Gilbert Ranch Family

What could your place bring?

Your free evaluation is private, and there’s no pressure to list. I’ll look it over and call you.

I’ve lived in Parker County for nearly 20 years. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in a roping arena or out hunting. Julie and I are raising our three kids in Brock.

Rough land isn’t bad land.

I know who to call for clearing, infrastructure, fence and pasture, so you can see what a place could become.

I hunt it too.

Years of ranchers, guides and hunters in my phone. I can connect you with a hunt, or help you manage your place for wildlife.
