A mile and a half of Brazos frontage, coastal fields, a dozen ponds and hilltops with long views.

This ranch runs from rich river bottom and coastal fields up to hilltops with long views. Big oak and pecan trees are spread across the land, and more than a dozen ponds water the country in between.

The headquarters are a little dated, but everything a working place needs is there: a main home, bunkhouse, barns, pens and an arena. It’s cross-fenced for rotation, and whitetail, turkey, dove and duck use the whole place.
