Your piece of Texasstarts here.

I’m Brad Booth. I help families buy and sell farms, ranches and land across Parker County and North Texas.

You’ve already pictured it. The gate you’d come home to. Room for the horses. The stand your kids will remember. My job is to find the place that fits that picture, and to tell you the truth about what’s inside the line.

Every place has a line around it.Knowing what’s inside it is the job.

I’ve lived in Parker County for nearly 20 years. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in a roping arena or out hunting. Julie and I are raising our three kids in Brock.

Rough land isn’t bad land.

I know who to call for clearing, infrastructure, fence and pasture, so you can see what a place could become.

Ask what it would take

I hunt it too.

Years of ranchers, guides and hunters in my phone. I can connect you with a hunt, or help you manage your place for wildlife.
